The TotTax Mission
Hi :) I'm Tatyana, EA
I'm your business tax professional and financial strategist. I spent some time working as a bookkeeper, traditional accountant, as a tax preparer at the IRS and finally realized it wasn't for me. I wanted to work with clients who were motivated and excited about changes, appreciated the freedom, and were ready for action. That's why I started TotTax, a Tax and Accounting Agency.
I'm registered with The IRS Enrolled Agent. Enrolled Agent - the highest credential the IRS awards. EAs are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent (businesses/individuals/trusts), what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.
I'm originally from Russia, I got a Master’s Degree in Tax Investigation from Ural Federal University, named after the first President of Russia, B.N. Elcin. I started as a volunteer at a local IRS office while working as an export/import accountant for a transportation company.
In 2010, I moved to The United States, I got a Universal Credential Evaluation/Master of Science in Finance and Credit from the University of California. Today, I'm doing what I love, solving problems associated with taxes and accounting. I'm happily married to the love of my life, I enjoy living in Colorado, singing karaoke, and sewing clothes.
